School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are mandatory publications for your reference.

If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office. In addition, if you require a paper copy of anything listed below, then please ask the office who will be happy to provide this for you free of charge. 

Complaints

If you do have a complaint or a concern, we would encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance, or to approach a senior leader present at the school gate. 

Should you need to discuss your issue further, please contact the headteacher, Mr Webster, at admin@eye.peterborough.sch.uk.

If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please contact the Chair of Governors, Mr Darren Buckman, in writing via the Clerk of Governors - either by leaving a letter at the school office or by email: clerktogov@eye.peterborough.sch.uk as per our complaints' procedure.
